She has interviewed professional athletes, such as NFL player Braden Fiske, and institutional investors involved in sports.

For the past few years, Tiara has reported on the intersection between sports and business, focusing on sports gambling, the NFL, NIL, athlete influencers, sports marketing, and sports investing. She also has experience covering finance, the labor and stock markets, ad agencies, retail sales, and politics.

She earned her master's degree from the Craig Newmark School of Journalism, specializing in Business and Economics.

She also competed as a college athlete, swimming at Millersville University before transferring to Delaware State University.
